I Liq Chuan (ILC) Kung Fu is a unique form of martial arts. The objective of ILC is to relinquish oneself from habit, reflex and the use of prearranged techniques. ILC incorporates Tai Chi and Zen philosophy with the principles of biomechanics and physics. ILC’s training curriculum is intended to increase the student’s understanding of the primary mechanism of movement and training mindfulness to attain awareness.

The practise of ILC develops effective martial art skills other benefits include; increased concentration through mindfulness and attention, improved stability, balance, flexibility, posture and general well being.
